HR Volunteer

Hope Revival Organization (HRO) is a humanitarian, advocacy, non-profit organization dedicated to working with communities in order to overcome experiencing difficulty coping. HRO main priorities are aimed at improving access and availability of evidence-based, high quality and culturally sensitive mental health services and psychosocial support for populations affected by conflict and crisis in order to build sustainable local capacities and provide comprehensive, integrated and community based mental health services and psychosocial support activities that promote the resilience and overall wellbeing of vulnerable refugees, internally displaced people and host populations.
We work on involving women, youth, and people with disabilities in economic, social, and civil activities in order to limit marginalization, violence and empower them by raising awareness for their rights. 
HRO focuses on community care by creating safe environments through increasing the quality of life, mitigating violence, opposing marginalization, and striving to eliminate poverty.

Job Purpose:The aim of the HR Volunteer is to help in archiving and arranging all Documents,files and soft and hard data related to HR system and other HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:• Prepare all necessary documentation and make all arrangements for movements and missions.
• Tracking, following up and collecting of time sheets.
• Maintain a tracking system for all HRO leave balance.
• Maintain and update the HR electronic ERP System
• Ensure update of the HR database, arranging Staff files and archive.
• Reports to the HR Manager the work progress.
Qualifications and Work Experience• Bachelor’s degree
• Any experience in HR field is an advantage.
• Basic accounting skills preferred
• To be able to communicate effectively across teams and in a multi-cultural environment.
• Strong ability to organize work, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
• Strong sense of personal integrity.
• flexible and able to handle pressure well.
Required competencies (skills / knowledge / capabilities)• Intermediate skills in the English language.
• Intermediate in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• strong keyboarding skills and internet usage skills; database familiarity is a plus 
Training required in applicantsAny training in HR field is an advantage.
