“No to Exploitation and Sexual Harassment” is the slogan of the advocacy campaign conducted by the Hope Revival Organization in the Widows’ Camp in the rural area of Jisr al-Shughur/Al-Janoudiyah. The campaign lasted five days and included:
- Awareness-raising sessions for widowed women about protection from exploitation and sexual harassment, educating them on the importance of approaching Hope Revival Organization’s communication officials to file complaints if they are subjected to such incidents.
- Wall paintings for awareness on this topic.
- Physical activities and contests for children.
- The team presented a theatrical play titled “The Wolf and the Sheep” to educate children about protection issues from exploitation and sexual harassment, and the children also performed a musical show they were trained on to educate about the prevention measures against the transmission of the coronavirus.
