Salary and Entitlement Transfer Service by a Money Transfer Agent (MTA) for Hope Revival Organization (HRO) Staff or Beneficiaries, Including Distribution Fees and All Related Charges
تسعى منظمة إحياء الأمل إلى التعاقد مع مزود خدمات تحويل أموال (MTA) يمتلك تغطية جغرافية مناسبة، قدرة مالية كافية، وخبرة مثبتة في العمل مع الجهات الإنسانية، وذلك من أجل تنفيذ عمليات تحويل مالي نقدي إلى:
موظفي المنظمة،
موردي المنظمة،
المستفيدين من المشاريع الإنسانية،
وذلك ضمن مناطق عمل المنظمة في المحافظات التالية: حلب، إدلب، اللاذقية، ودمشق.
نطاق الخدمة:
تنفيذ تحويلات مالية شهرية تتراوح قيمتها بين 100,000 و200,000 دولار أمريكي.
يتم إرسال المبالغ شهريًا من قبل المنظمة عبر مؤسسة PTT أو عبر البنوك السورية عند الطلب .
المزود مسؤول عن إيصال الحوالات للمستحقين وفق أعلى معايير الأمان والشفافية.
المتطلبات التقنية:
توفير نظام إلكتروني آمن ومتكامل لإدارة عمليات التحويل، يشمل:
أدوات التتبع والمراقبة.
توليد تقارير دورية ومخصصة.
إدارة الحسابات (تفعيل، تعطيل، تتبع).
دعم تعدد اللغات.
الامتثال لمعايير الأمن السيبراني وحماية البيانات.
النظام يجب أن يكون قادرًا على التعامل مع 250 إلى 400 حوالة فردية شهريًا، مع قابلية للتوسع والمرونة التشغيلية.

Hope Revival Organization (HRO) is seeking to contract a Money Transfer Agent (MTA) with appropriate geographic coverage, sufficient financial capacity, and proven experience in working with humanitarian organizations, to carry out cash transfer operations to:
HRO staff,
HRO suppliers,
Beneficiaries of humanitarian projects,
within the organization’s areas of operation in the following governorates: Aleppo, Idlib, Latakia, and Damascus.
Scope of Service:
Execution of monthly financial transfers ranging between USD 100,000 and USD 200,000.
Funds will be transferred monthly by the organization via PTT Or through Syrian banks upon request.
The provider is responsible for delivering the transfers to the recipients with the highest standards of security and transparency.
Technical Requirements:
The provider must offer a secure and integrated electronic system for managing transfers, which includes:
Tracking and monitoring tools.
Generation of periodic and customized reports.
Account management features (activation, deactivation, tracking).
Support for multiple languages.
Full compliance with cybersecurity and data protection standards.
The system must be capable of handling 250 to 400 individual transfers per month, with scalability and operational flexibility.
