Open Request for Quotations for the Supply of Heating Fuel
تعتزم منظمة إحياء الأمل التعاقد لتوريد وقود التدفئة من النوع الأول، وفقًا للمواصفات والشروط المحددة في دفتر الشروط، على أن يشمل السعر الضخ والتسليم إلى مواقع التسليم المحددة.
سيتم التحقق أولًا من المطابقة الفنية للمواصفات، ثم تُقيَّم العروض المقبولة فنيًا من الناحية المالية بنسبة 100%، ولن يُنظر في العرض المالي إذا لم يُقبل العرض الفني.
ملاحظات هامة للمشاركين:
- هذا الطلب مفتوح، وتُقدَّم عروض الأسعار وفق النموذج والتعليمات الواردة في دفتر الشروط.
- يجب تعبئة معلومات المورد والأسعار، وختم عرض السعر وتوقيعه.
- يجب ألا تقل صلاحية عرض السعر عن ثلاثين (30) يومًا، مع تحديد شروط الدفع وتاريخ توفر المواد والمدة اللازمة لإتمام التوريد.
جميع التفاصيل والمواصفات الفنية ومواقع التسليم مدرجة في دفتر الشروط، ويرجى الالتزام التام بها عند تقديم العرض.

HRO intends to contract for the supply of 782 liters of first-class heating fuel in accordance with the specifications and conditions stated in the RFQ. The quoted price must include pumping and delivery to the locations specified in the RFQ.
Offers will first be checked for technical compliance. Technically accepted offers will then be evaluated on a 100% financial basis. The financial offer will not be considered if the technical offer is not accepted.
Important Notes for Bidders:
- This is an open RFQ. Submit the quotation using the form and instructions included in the RFQ.
- Complete the vendor information and prices, and stamp and sign the quotation.
- The quotation must remain valid for at least thirty (30) days. State the payment terms, availability date, and lead time.
All detailed specifications, delivery locations, and requirements are provided in the RFQ.
