More than 1500 flood-affected individuals were assisted by our teams in a project funded by HelpAge International HelpAge International, many camps were submerged and flooded, hundreds of families were displaced in the Jisr al-Shughour area, west of Idlib, N W Syria.
Our teams offered psychological first aid and provided heating utilities, as well as shelter and insulation materials, winter blankets and did necessary referals to other service providers aiming to alleviate their suffering amidst the harsh conditions they are facing.
