تعتزم منظمة احياء الامل بالتعاقد مع مزود من اجل  تقديم خدمة تحويل الأموال إلى مستحقيها بالشمال السوري مع العلم ان منظمة احياء الامل ستعمل على تحويل دفعات مالية شهريا مع الزام المزود بتأمين بطاقات بلاستيكية بتقنية NFC / مع الطباعة على البطاقة وتشمل الخدمة نظام إدخال البيانات والتحكم بالبطاقات وتوليد التقارير واستئجار جهاز نقاط البيع POS

Hope  Revival Organization intends to contract with a provider to provide the service. Money transfer fees to beneficiaries in northern Syria, noting that the Revival of Hope Organization will work on transferring monthly with the supplier being obligated to secure plastic cards with NFC technology / with printing on the card and a data entry system, card control, report generation, and renting a POS device
