Request to purchase materials for the elderly and people with disabilities in Azaz, Kafr Takharim, and Khirbet al-Joz

HRO intends to contract to purchase materials for the elderly and people with disabilities, including everything necessary to complete the work with the best possible quality within the specifications and conditions stated in the book of conditions. HRO will study all offers submitted to it and will give priority in its selection to offer that are technically acceptable and have the lowest cost. All details are in the condition’s booklet
