| Description | |
| Job Purpose: | The aim of the HR Volunteer is to help in archiving and arranging all Documents,files and soft and hard data related to HR system and other HR processes. |
| Key Responsibilities: | • Prepare all necessary documentation and make all arrangements for movements and missions. • Tracking, following up and collecting of time sheets. • Maintain a tracking system for all HRO leave balance. • Maintain and update the HR electronic ERP System • Ensure update of the HR database, arranging Staff files and archive. • Reports to the HR Manager the work progress. |
| Qualifications and Work Experience | • Bachelor’s degree • Any experience in HR field is an advantage. • Basic accounting skills preferred • To be able to communicate effectively across teams and in a multi-cultural environment. • Strong ability to organize work, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail • Strong sense of personal integrity. • flexible and able to handle pressure well. |
| Required competencies (skills / knowledge / capabilities) | • Intermediate skills in the English language. • Intermediate in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). • strong keyboarding skills and internet usage skills; database familiarity is a plus |
| Training required in applicants | Any training in HR field is an advantage. |
