As part of its ongoing efforts to promote mental health and empower individuals to acquire effective tools for facing life’s challenges, Reviving Hope Organization organized a psychosocial education session titled “Psychological Resilience,” with 9 participants in attendance.

Objective of the Session: The session aimed to introduce participants to the concept of psychological resilience and its importance in daily life, providing them with the necessary skills and tools to adapt to pressures and life challenges. Psychological resilience refers to the ability to adjust to changes and challenges and is considered a fundamental trait that helps individuals cope with difficulties effectively and confidently.
