تعتزم منظمة إحياء الأمل التعاقد من أجل تأمين قرطاسية للانشطة ، وذلك وفقًا للمواصفات والشروط المحددة في دفتر الشروط لضمان إنجاز العمل بأفضل جودة ممكنة

ستقوم منظمة إحياء الأمل بدراسة جميع العروض المقدمة لها، مع إعطاء الأولوية للعروض المقبولة فنيًا والتي تقدم أقل تكلفة وفقًا للمعايير المحددة

ملاحظات هامة للمشاركين في العطاء

PTT يرجى إرفاق صورة عن حساب 

ضرورة تعبئة كافة الملفات بشكل كامل دون أي نقص

إرفاق عقود سابقة في نفس المجال لإثبات الخبرة والكفاءة

يجب ختم وتوقيع كافة الملحقات الفنية والمالية وإرفاقها مع العرض

جميع التفاصيل والمواصفات الفنية مدرجة في دفتر الشروط، لذا يرجى الالتزام التام بها عند تقديم العروض

HRO intends to contract for the Supply of Stationary for activities, in accordance with the specifications and conditions outlined in the Tender Dossier to ensure the highest possible quality of work. 

HRO will evaluate all submitted bids, prioritizing those that meet the technical requirements and offer the lowest cost according to the specified criteria. 

Important Notes for Bidders: 

• A copy of the PTT account must be attached.
• All required documents must be fully completed with no missing information.
• Previous contracts in the same field must be attached to demonstrate experience and competence.
• All technical and financial annexes must be stamped and signed and included in the bid submission.
