تعتزم منظمة إحياء الأمل التعاقد من أجل تأمين الأدوية الشاملة، وذلك وفقًا للمواصفات والشروط المحددة في دفتر الشروط لضمان إنجاز العمل بأفضل جودة ممكنة.
ستقوم منظمة إحياء الأمل بدراسة جميع العروض المقدمة لها، مع إعطاء الأولوية للعروض المقبولة فنيًا والتي تقدم أقل تكلفة وفقًا للمعايير المحددة.
ملاحظات هامة للمشاركين في العطاء:
بما يخص التقديم على مناقصة الادوية يجب أن يكون الترخيص حصريًا لمستودع أدوية طبية أو صيدلية، ويحق لفريق إحياء الأمل بزيارة ميدانية إلى المستودع قبل فتح المظاريف.
يرجى إرفاق صورة عن حساب
ضرورة تعبئة كافة الملفات بشكل كامل دون أي نقص.
إرفاق عقود سابقة في نفس المجال لإثبات الخبرة والكفاءة.
يجب ختم وتوقيع كافة الملحقات الفنية والمالية وإرفاقها مع العرض.
جميع التفاصيل والمواصفات الفنية مدرجة في دفتر الشروط، لذا يرجى الالتزام التام بها عند تقديم العروض.

HRO intends to contract for the supply of comprehensive medicines, in accordance with the specifications and conditions outlined in the Tender Dossier to ensure the highest possible quality of work. HRO will evaluate all submitted bids, prioritizing those that meet the technical requirements and offer the lowest cost according to the specified criteria. Important Notes for Bidders: • Regarding the medicines tender, the license must be exclusively for a licensed medical drug warehouse and a pharmacy, and the HRO team reserves the right to conduct an on-site inspection of the warehouse before opening the bid envelopes. • A copy of the PTT account must be attached. • All required documents must be fully completed with no missing information. • Previous contracts in the same field must be attached to demonstrate experience and competence. • All technical and financial annexes must be stamped and signed and included in the bid submission. All detailed specifications and requirements are outlined in the Tender Dossier. |
